Cricuit How-To Design Space: Help Menu Option Posted on November 8, 2018November 8, 2018 How to Find It Browser: ≡ Menu -> HelpDescription This brings up the main page for Cricut’s help system. You’ll see options for help for the machines, software and apps, FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), and even videos to help you. Perhaps the easiest way to start is to use the search box and enter your question. For example, “How do I place text?” Or maybe,”How do I curve text?” If that doesn’t work, drop the properly worded question and go for keywords, as in “add text” or “curve text.” It’ll bring back lots of information. There are other ways to get help. Look around the page and see if one of the icons matches your question. Maybe there are some text links a little further down that match better. Or scroll to find the chat box to do an online, real-time chat with a real human. Maybe you want to email someone — there’s an email address. Or you can call. Note that all of these options require a human at the other end, so there are certain hours that this help is available (likely not at 2am, which is a prime crafting hour, in my humble opinion!) Not only can you find help about Design Space (which you can also find here, so don’t forget about us!), you can find out information about your specific machine (which you might not find here), other Cricut products (some of which you won’t find here, especially if we don’t have access to it), and things like warranty information, that are outside the scope of what you can find here. The help system is pretty good, but it can be difficult to find exactly what you’re looking for. Sometimes you get a firehose of information, sometimes you get none. Sometimes it’s just not detailed enough. Sometimes it still doesn’t explain things. And when you’ve checked around the Internet for explanations and not understood them, sometimes it’ll explain things in a way that you wish you had read it there first. Everybody learns differently, so there’s room for lots of different explanations!
